Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions are gentle, hands-on experiences that support balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit. Using light touch over specific energy pathways, sessions help encourage relaxation, restore the flow of energy, and support the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance.

What to Expect in a Session

Each session at Sacred Harmony is tailored to the individual and last 50 mins. You will lie fully clothed on a treatment table in a quiet, supportive environment.

Sessions are gentle and typically involve light hand placement on specific Personal Energy Centers in sequences guided by the energetic condition present in the moment. There is no manipulation, pressure, or force; only soft, attentive touch designed to promote mental, emotional, and physical wellness.

Many clients experience:

Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help is an empowering way to participate in your own care and well-being. Through simple yet profound practices, we explore how harmonizing touch, awareness, and breath can help restore balance within the body, mind, and spirit.

In these classes, you will learn foundational self-help holds, finger practices, and simple daily applications to support relaxation, vitality, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Classes are open to all levels and no prior experience is necessary.
